Pretty solid team overall. The main places that I would look to upgrade are RP and 1B. Swisher isn't bad, but I feel like you might be able to do better in a 12 team league. Your OF is really solid though
Not a big fan of the SP. I don't trust Dickey in the AL and there doesn't seem to be a lot of depth in your rotation. And 1B is an obvious issue. I might consider trading Bautista if the deal was right and you could get a 1B and solid OF2 in return.

My thoughts are as follows...
I think that Mauer is one of the best hitters in baseball at any position and a real asset to anyone playing him out of the catcher slot. He is my catcher in my AL league. Swisher will try to play for his money but will be streaky. I just don't like Brandon Philips, I think he is overrated. Trumbo had a career year last year and won't hit those numbers again. Reyes is a great SS to have, I would only want Tulowitzki ahead of him and Reyes has a better track record as far as health is concerned. McCutcheon and Bautista should be great. Aoki ought to be a solid contributor but won't win your league for you. I like Chris Davis to repeat last years power numbers. Cliff Lee ought to win more games than last year. Dickey will take a step back. Soriano will have plenty of save opportunities, Grilli and Parnell maybe not. I like Scutaro for his versatility as a bench player and always feel like Ethier is ready for a big year. Josh Johnson will have a huge campaign with the Blue Jays.
I added more detail to my post if you'd care to have another look.
