Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
12 team H2H league.
2012 my regular season record was 131-8-8 - finished 1st in regular season (lost in championship round).
In 2011 my record was 126-85-9 - finished first in regular season (won championship).
In 2010 my record was 138-69-13 finished 2nd in regular season (won championship).
I know it's a stretch in most managers minds...but I AM going to my 4th straight championship appearance in 2013!
2013 will be a very big challenge...here is my team...what do you think I should do? Trade advice welcomed!
Starters: David Price, Bumgarner, Cole Hamels, Buerhle, Jason Vargas.
Closers: Jim Johnson, Putz, Hanrahan, Motte, Nathan.
I also have Drew Storen (who may or may not be a closer) waiting to see. May drop him if he doesnt close and pick up another SP.
I don't have any speed & Rutledge & Eaton are question marks.
I have 2 open roster spots (going to pick up 2 more starting pitchers and carry no bench on offense).
I am also considering trading Miguel Cabrera - 3 for 1. (hopefully to get a 1B, 2B, SP) to improve my offense.
Adam Eaton-UTIL, OF
Alexi Ramirex- UTIL, SS
What would you do?
I think you have a shot, albeit a long one. I don't get why you would want a 1B to replace LaRoche. He should put up 28-100-80-.270. If you really want to trade Cabrera, target players like Aaron Hill, Chris Davis, and Max Scherzer.

Second what Lauri said-
H2h playoffs are 75% luck that youll win it all assuming you make playoffs- In essence id say the best team in h2h wins less than 25% of the time - So in other words i dont take much from your post other than you have been lucky-
