    Salary Cap based with minor league draft. Each Team will select 1 MLB team and you start with that. 20 team league. Any unselected team will be put into FA for all to bid on. League has its own website stating all the rules.

        The salaries are based on the yahoo ranking.

        O-Rank - Signing Value
        1-10 - $7
        11-50 - $6
        51-75 #$%$br />
        76-100 - $4
        100-199 - $3
        200-280 - $2
        281+ - $1

        It's much more complicated than this. Free agency starts on Sunday. 4 more teams needed. Hope you join, looking like an amazing league.
