Eaton has better numbers than Trout in everything but SB. All stats are extremely close.
I'm not saying Eaton will be a top 3 player like Trout but I could see him hitting .290 with 100R and 30SB while hitting 10-15HR in hitter friendly Chase Field. He'd be a Top 20 player if he puts up those numbers

Minor league start are irrelevant for comparison unless the players were about the same age at the same level. If you line up their development by age Trout was a star in the bi leagues before Eaton was drafted. Also the only leagues Eaton dominated were the California and the PCL, which are the most hitter friendly leagues in the minors.
I don't mean to say he'll be a terrible player, but he's more Coco Crisp then Mike Trout, and he's still 4th on the depth chart behind Kubel, Parra and Ross.
It's still not very likely to happen, and even less likely for a rookie to do it. If I had to say the most likely I'd go with Mike Olt, as he's the furthest along the developmental path of any of the top prospects. He's also in a great hitters park and a good lineup that will keep the pressure off him. He probably needs an injury to get everyday AB but he could be like Pujols his rookie year and rotate between 3b, 1b, lf and dh and play well enough to stay.
