I agree with BrewCrewDue that the service clock could keep him in minors to start season. But once he comes up he will be up to stay on a desperate for hitting Rays team. Tampa Bay didn't trade away James Shields not to make him a centerpiece of their team.

Expect Myers to play in AAA for the first month if not 2. It's all about keeping his MLB service clock from beginning.
