22. Mike Minor

Right now i am leaning towards
Going a little different here.
Cano,Longoria,Cain,Butler,Medlin,Lucroy. Medlin/Lucroy are Not 28rd players and will go much earlier. Since you don't lose any picks but 27/28 you can draft with the higher picks accordingly to their value of draft position. Well, maybe I go the way you go, I thought Cueto was a higher round pick. LOL So what you are doing is what I'd do. That or keep Lucroy vs. Medlen.
Cano, Longo, Cain, Andrus/Butler, Cueto, Medlen. Id take Andrus with SS shallow and 1B deep. But id try to trade Andrus and a guy like Rios/Reddick, good value for maybe Tulo if possible, or a OF bat. Or try Butler and a Reddick/Rios/Medlen for a top 1B bat and keep Andrus and new 1B.
Can you pick 2 players from the 28 group? I'd keep Cano, Longoria, and Andrus, and either Cain/Butler. I'd keep Medlen at 28 for sure, and add Rios/Reddick at 27 if possible.
Or keep Cain as 4th pick and keep Butler as 10th with Medlen 28.

I can use all picks on my 28th round group if i wanted to. I'm up in the air about Andrus, SS is shallow but the guy is on one of the best offenses in baseball and has yet to crack 100 runs and his sb are dropping.
