Keepers for next year

I am in a keeper league and am choosing between Justin Upton or Bryce Harper as my final keeper. Please weigh in and let me know who you would keep.

  Both will score alot of runs and stolen bases, with a decent average.
  Both have swings that are prone to slumps, but Upton has more experience.
  I'm sure you can get good trade value for either if you are allowed to trade before the 2013 draft.
