Picked him up after dropping him previously, should I drop him again?

  I just dropped him earlier today for Iwakuma. I'm glad Fiers was able to help me out with several solid outings this year, but he's seriously trending downward right now. I'll continue to monitor his status, but I'm not expecting a strong showing against St. Louis later this week.
