I was gona write that I this must be a joke... but now that I think about it, its a pretty good idea. Lots of guys start getting rest in september and moreover, winning teams seem to rest players more prevalently - and it SUCKS to have to have players that get rested bc they are on a winning team (reminds me of fantasy NBA)

i guess this would make sense if you called for extra bench spots, but not extra guys playing. last i checked when rosters expand in the mlb they don't bat 10 guys
