Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I'm currently +64 IP and only have 260 IP remaining.
I would say Latos is my third best SP behind Verlander, Cain and Bumgarner, so I've gotta be very picky regarding when I start my bottom two pitchers. (Latos and Kennedy)
He is pitching against the Cardinals tonight, who counter with Lance Lynn.
Also, while I've got you reading this, would you start Kennedy against the Padres tomorrow?
Clayton Richard is on the mound for them and San Diego is currently on a 4 game winning streak.
I would start any of those guys against bottom feeders. I probably wouldn't start Latos against Cards. It also depends on what stats you are needing. If you are looking to keep your ERA and WHIP down I'd stay with your 3 studs the rest of the way. If you need W's and K's I'd pitch all favorable matchups.

It's not a H2H league, so I don't even have ERA and WHIP to keep down, lol.
It's a season long points pool.
If it were H2H, how would I only have 260 IP remaining? I don't believe H2H leagues have a IP limit, haha.
BTW, the basic scoring is 1 point for each IP and K. -1 point for each HR and ER allowed. 10 points each for a win, complete game and shutout. Not sure there exact numbers, but there is a ridiculous amount of points available for no-hitters and perfects games. Maybe 75 and 15 respectfully. Oh yea, -5 points for a loss.

haha, you're right. I meant to say "fourth" best, but put "third" best for some godly reason, ol.
I guess maybe because I just acquired Bum on Sunday and up till that point, Latos was my third best.
You wouldn't even start Latos or Kennedy if they're up against a bottom-feeder like Colorado or Houston? Especially if they had their #5 on the mound??
