miggy is the least risky player in the league. im guessing you need to take a risk. tex and ellsbury are both that but could pay off a ton. ells could be the next guy to step up and lead his team out of struggles
I think you're putting a great deal of stock in Tex having his usual good second half. I would not do this deal. Ellsbury is one diving catch away from being out for the year.
Depending on how Ellsbury comes back, this could work out awesome for you. He's the clear risk here, but I think he will come back strong. I'd do it, but that's just me. Is this a keeper league or just a one year league? If its a keeper, that makes this trade an even stronger yes.
It is just a one year league. I am leaning towards making the deal too. I have been struggling all year, and could use a make or break type deal. I am kind of holding out for Ellsbury and Han Ram tho. Think it's worth the wait or should I take Ells and Tex now?
Makes sense. It's a standard 12 team league. I have been struggling all season. I have some talent. Joey Bats, Cano, Miggy, Verlander, Kershaw, Weaver, and then a lot of secondary guys. I am worried that this could hurt me in the average department.
