It's doesn't really look all that fair on first glance, but you have to keep in mind that Stephen Strasburg will only be pitching for a little more than a month and he'll be shut down. Carlos Beltran, while having a nice year, is always an injury concern. Ryan Howard hasn't been back long enough to say much about him this year, but he's valuable if he returns to even part of the player he's been in the past. So if you look at it a little more, it seems a bit more fair, but I'd still say Team B is getting the better deal by quite a bit.
