    Brewers announcers are saying ........................................................................................................

He also only threw 4 pitches today and it's right before the break. Might as well send him out there again tomorrow. Wilson did it earlier this year when the Angels had that long rain delay. I wouldn't look too deep into this.

    • Makes sense, he's still ready to go. CHeck out my post

    • I agree. I was simply pointing out the obvious that he MAY be traded. Obviously the Brewers are going to want a nice return for him & if they do not get it they will keep him. And of course they may be simply putting his name out there to see what the market is for him with no REAL intention to trade him unless someone blows their minds with an offer.

      • It's tough to showcase a starter nowadays, since for the most part, they pitch every 5 days. You know what they're capable of doing and their previous work speaks for itself. You can try to juggle your rotation to give them better match ups, but to squeeze in another start just to bring up his value isn't a smart thing to do. Most teams would look at that and figure something's not right. Like I said, this is more likely a case that he got tossed early enough in the game that the Brewers are thinking about sending him out again tomorrow. If this was later in the game or it wasn't right before the break, they probably wouldn't consider back to back starts.
