Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I have a lot of players slumping, yet I am still in 1st place by 8 games... Do you think in the 2nd half my team will run away with 1st place?
C: Carlos Santana
1B: Miguel Cabrera
2B: Brian Roberts
3B: Ryan Zimmerman
OF: Josh Hamilton
OF: Adam Jones
OF: Michael Bourn
UTIL: Paul Goldschmidt
UTIL: Mark Reynolds
Bench: Jesus Montero
Burnett, Jason Hammel, Wei-Yen Chen, Edwin Jackson, Gio Gonzalez, Pettite, Parker, Fister...
RP: Jim Johnson, Jonathon Paplebon...
Ryan Cook is a FA in my league, should I add him to get more wins in saves?
Who should I drop if I add Cook? Jesus Montero?
I keep Jesus on my bench so that when he faces a LHP I start him... He's hitting over .360 vs. LHPs.
He doesn't have cain... Anyway, I forgot to mention, I also get Michael Saunders in this trade... Should I drop Saunders for Coco Crisp who seams like he is starting to turn it on once this trades goes through?
looking at the current rankings its a pretty fair trade. If you can afford losing 2 power players for 2 pitchers i say you could accept it. Lowrie is being dropped to 6th in Astros order so keep that in mind. Cain Price would be nicer than Bumgarner Price.
Would've dumped Chen already for Cook. Would've even own Reynolds unless you added him to just ride out his hot streak
Your team doesn't have alot of slumping players either. It has 1-Zim. And while he was slumping Hammy, Jones and Bourn were all playing over their head.
Will be a prayer if that pitching staff holds up in roto or to get through multiple weeks in h2h playoffs.
