I suppose you can continue starting the Homer Baileys and Ervin Santanas of the world - or you can take a chance on a prospect like Bauer. The key to his success will be his command. If he can avoid walks he should be successful and generate a lot of K's. If he starts walking guys then he's going to get into trouble and get hurt. If you want to win you have to take chances.
