Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
So a guy in my league wants Hamilton or Adam Jones and McCutcheon on his team for Edwin Encarnacion, Adrian Gonzalez and 2 of his outfielders of my choice. Which ones would you choose? Also he has Beltre. So should I try and switch Encarnacion for Beltre?
This deal has got my mind going
So heres the OF;s he has:
Would you take the deal (and which players) or just keep what I have.
Oh yeah and as of right now I have Brett Lawrie at 3B and Freddie Freeman at 1B and both are struggling. Another thing is, do you thing AGon is ever going to break out of this funk hes in?
Yeah ive already done the deal. I have Adam Jones and Hunter Pence as well. o now getting those 5 guys it gave me the upgrade at 3B and if AGon starts hitting then thats my upgrade at 1st. So now I can make another deal and trade Pence or Ethier for a SP . So this deal gave me options. Plus I have Freeman and Lawrie who I can deal as well
There are so many injury prone players in this deal. Also, historically Adam Jones fades like crazy in the 2nd half. I would try to do Jones and Cutch for Beltre, Agon, Bourn and either 1. Ethier (Kemp will be back, Dodgers have money to trade for more hitters), 2. Victorino (counting stats galore and team will be healthy in the next month or so) or 3. Cruz (most talent, but will probably miss a month soon with something or other).
Please look at my trade.

I think this is Jones breakout year. I don't think he's going to slow down but I did the deal already and got AGon, Beltre, Ethier, Bourn and Beachy for Hamilton, McCutcheon, Sabathia and Broxton. I had 5 closers
Ended up involving a pitcher to the deal. So the trade ended up looking like this:
How do you think I did?
