Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I have him right now and I dont know if he will keep it up,hes
producing good power too.Should I trade him while his value
is high?I also have Beltran and Ortiz, should I trade them too and who should I get back in return?
14team H2H non keeper 15x13
BEN Craig,Ellsbury,Pierzinki(drop him?)
P Daniel Hudson,Hellcikson,Johan Santana,Hammel
first move is you should drop farnsworth. When he comes back it's very doubtful he'll supplant Rodney since Rodney has been lights out in the closers role. Then you move Ellsbury to DL.
PRESTO!! Open roster spot for you.

In a 14 team league I would want to hang on to my good bats. You will lose a lot of production. It is a fair deal, but Verlander will only help a little once or twice a week, while the hitters play everyday. Plus the pitching gets watered down with that many teams so you can't really dominate those categories anyway. You have a good team for that league, I'd stay put right now. Just my opinion. In a 10 team league where replacements are available, I might make that deal.
What would you want in return? Bourn will be fine most of the year. .285-.300, 100 runs, 50+ steals, a few homers and RBIs. He is a unique fantasy player. Big steal guys are hard to find and valuable to have. I'd hang on to him until you see what Ellsbury will do when he comes back.
