Help! why is this team losing?

12 team league 6th year keeper league, i grabbed braun back off waivers when he came into the league, i drafted guys like jup and hanley in drafts and have kept them over the years. Anyhow this team has me at 27-30 currntly in 6th overall. I mean cmon this is an Allstar team and im just tired of getting beat. What kind of move or moves could someone give me advice about to make. Could i trade a G Stanton maybe for a stud pitcher? Ive really struggled in AVG, OBP, K's, K per9. Thanks again.
