I have had the worst close corps I have ever seen (Walden, Marmol, Balfour) and with Marmol's demotion I have two players without jobs. So have I finally found a situation where punting saves is a viable option? 11 team standard 5x5 roto 8 player keeper. I am 1st or 2nd in all 5 offensive categories and likely to stay there so 50 points are reasonable for those. I am 2nd in ERA and 3rd in WHIP and would be first in both except for the damage my closers have done so say 20 points there is reasonable if I punt saves. I believe I can get between 8-10 points out of Ks and 4-8 out of Ws if I pack my RP/P spots with low ERA/WHIP, high K RPs. So with the 1 from Saves I could expect to get 80-85 points with some confidence. The other option would be to scavenge for saves or wait and see if Walden gets his job back. My RP staff is Walden, Marmol, Balfour and Chapman.
