SP Pitching help, do I need to upgrade?

All help appreciated,

5X5 10 Team H2H I stand next to last, I usually smoke the offensive lines but ERA K/9 K's not looking to hot, I have Guerra,Rodney and Balfour as RP's

I have Lester coming via trade, I know he has stuggled but he has great projected numbers

I was thinking of dropping Danks for Duffy or Lynn, or pick up Peavy, latos, vargas or floyd to stream and get an extra start.

If I can upgrade from the F/A's over what I have please let me know, if you have any other SP's in mind i'd be glad to hear it, might still be available.

    I can drop Cjones for a pitcher as well as one of my other SP and Iannetta as soon as Montero is qualified for C
    
    just traded pedroia and hamilton to get holliday/tex and lester to improve at 1st and get me a proven starter even though lester has had issues i am pretty sure he will turn it around
