I have Stanton and Freese and am being offered Halladay. Should I make this trade?

My other OF's are Cargo, Victorino, Reimold, De Aza, Boesch, Morse.

I have Sandoval as my everyday 3B.

    Thanks. I should have mentioned mentioned this is a keeper league, and I am worried about dumping Stanton too soon. I would be able to keep him for 2 more seasons after this one.
