Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
It's early on so whoever dropped him obviously has no patience. Yes his performance last year was underwhelming especially after the Nats signed that contract. I would definitely pick him up. I have him on one of my teams, and while he hasn't done anything yet, I feel he'll be more comfortable this year than last. Who did the guy drop him for?

From what I know, Werth is pretty much a top 100 player coming into the season, so yeah, he sure was hasty in dropping him. Actually picked up Kyle Lohse in his place believe it or not. I have the #1 waiver priority and think I'm gonna use it. What kind of pitcher could he net in a trade? I'd be willing to package him with Anibal Sanchez and Shaun Marcum for an ace.
