Personally, as a starter I wouldn't take either of them if I could avoid it. Lawrie is an unproven risk - yes, yes, he hit well in his short callup and he rakes in the minors. But how many times have we seen that, with great expectations put on them, to see them underperform or completely flop? Often... it's the game of baseball.
Likewise, you don't know from year to year now what Wright will show up. Add to that injuries, and I'd much prefer someone like Sandoval who doesn't have the ceiling, but has the floor. If you can get both, or one of them as a backup, then great! I'd call it a tie given both of them having risk with high upside.
