If you could get that deal, take it and run. I'd never do that if I were him, I'd expect a hitter who can actually stay healthy. You need 3B help, you've got plenty of quality pitching. I'd be willing to part with one of your starters for a 3B. Prado isn't gonna do much for you, even if he hits .300 again. He's a good backup, not a very good starter option. I'd look into trading Kennedy over Price. Kennedy is good, and had a ton of value, but he does play in Arizona which brings the risk up a bit.
I'd look into Cruz/Kennedy for a solid 3B and solid SPer. Then look into a combo of 2 of these guys depending on the other teams need for another solid underrated SPer (JJohnson/A Sanchez would be good options - ace quality, health is their biggest concern but Hellickson can't compare to either of them for 2012, health permitting): Ike, Hellickson, Santos, Perez
