Your need one more RP (closer)...drop Cahill and add an available closer from the FA pool.
Package Young & Butler or Young & Freeman together to get one stud OF. Then add another bat with speed (.280/20/20/80/80) guy from the FA pool (position doesn't matter since you have backups every place.
The only other thing to consider might be adding a backup C but that may not be that big of a deal depending on your league's scoring and because you are only in a 10 team league.
