I drafted him in the 4th round in one league and the 5th in another. One team I have Cargo, Granderson, Braun and Pence and another team I have Kemp, Braun, Pence, Kinsler, Beltre... the Braun gamble worked well. I have to admit I drafted him to stash and play after 50 games, so it was not a draft hoping to win the appeal. Nice bonus though...

I agree. I'm usually "go with the guy with the best production" but position scarcity comes into play big time. There are ??'s after Tulo. Same with even the top 5 1B. Pretty big drop in production.

A courier didn't take the positive test to the FedEx building because he thought it was closed on a Saturday night and they didn't get the test 'til Monday morning; via Karl Ravech. Everyone needs to hear all the details before concluding whether or not he used PEDs. But for fantasy purposes, he is in the clear it looks like.
