H2H Keeper league 3rd year looking for expansion

Currently 18/20 teams (READ BEFORE POSTING)
Class A( all the originals) You'll be playing with teams in your division for most of the year however we'll have a inner league play a few times a year so eventually you'll play everyone.
Class B( Expansion) All the expansion teams will square off.
The goal of the league is to remain in the CLASS A league, the 2 worst teams in division A will move down to B and the 2 top dogs in B will move up. Class B teams that finish 1st and 2nd (regular season finish) will be allowed to "steal" one player(off their unprotected list) from one of the bottom teams from Class A + B. Only one player can be taken of each team. So whoever finishes first gets first pick. The second place team gets the other teams choices.
