    Sergio Santos

"LHP Chris Sale had been getting used in that role the last week, facing tough lefties in the ninth and then passing it to Santos for the final out or two. Saturday, Sale closed out the entire ninth for the save."

I'm not panicking because Santos has an unreal conversion rate. However I just traded for him before the deadline and now I'm worried. Thoughts?

    • Makes sense. I guess he'll keep getting the final nod to close the game, but he may not record the save. I could see them playing it safe aswell as the wsox try and climb back. Bah. What a terrible deadline acquisition.

    • Ozzy's been doing that for awhile, bringing in Sale (or whoever) to get an out or two and then Santos to finish the game. The problem for Santos owners like you, is that a lot of times he does that, it's no longer a save situation. I would bet it's like this the rest of the season, because, well, it works for the real game. Doesn't do you a lick of good, but it's not like Ozzy cares what happens in the fantasy game.
