Buy low on Lincecum?
Shields and Sanchez isn't buying low.

Lincecum is struggling and it doesn't help that the offense behind him is pretty shoddy, so expect a lot of no decisions.

I just don't think I persoally love him enough to get rid of the other two.

Offer a bit less if you can.

  I understand what you're saying. I realize Shields and Sanchez have been very good to great pretty much all year long. I guess it wouldn't hurt to send over a counter and maybe let this offer sit for the time being.

    I would cancel the offer. Bottom line: does the deal make your team better, and it doesn't. You lose two producers who are in the playoff hunt and gain a great pitcher having an off-year with a team that has no offensive support.
