Draft and Trade Talk Message Board
I am in a 12 Team H2H league and have a strong belief that i have a really good team. If some of the players start playing up to their potential.. Ellsbury, Buchholz, Latos. I will have an Ace pitching staff and a solid hitting team. Please give any opinions or tips because i myself am not an expert of any sorts.thanks.

You need a lot of people to have awesome years. You have noe OF and little power after a the first few position players. You have no RP and your straters aren't that great. Id looke to get some OF and RP hlp through trades.
If every player played to their full potential, every team would be deadly. You are hoping the Flud hype goes full year. as well as improved second years from cahill, stubbs, latos, morrison, chen, etc. not to mention returns to career highs for ibanez, mccann, ellsbury, jurrjens, buchholz, livan.....
there are just too many HOPE FOR THE BEST players. If 80% of them work out, then yeah. Reality though, 15-25% of them having above avg years would be more projectable. I'd say a top 6 team, but no higher (as the team stands right now) than 3rd.
You don't really have a #1 OF, in H2H that's a worry. Ibanez and Hafner I wouldn't necessarily expect much from in the playoffs - not something to panic over, but to watch.
You've got a lot of what I see as mediocre pitchers, and guys with injury and/or fatigue concerns. Correia is like a career 4+ era guy, Guthrie, Meh, Livan Hernandez? Why? Converted relievers and guys on innings limits are not great in H2H for playoffs (olgando, Latos, Harrison).
I think you're higher on a lot of these guys than I am.
