Take the trade. Hanley plays a position that traditionally is a statistic vacuum past the top 4 or 5 players. And he does it at a top production for any position level. Hanley's increase in production over Andrus will trump Cruz's difference in production with whatever OF you replace him with. Fantasy baseball is a numbers game, it doesn't matter the name or feeling you have as long as you can squeeze the maximum number of numbers out or the 10 positions you can field. Also, you can probably then trade Andrus for a replacement OF whose difference in statistics below Cruz's numbers are less than what you'll gain from the SS upgrade. Profit.
Or better yet, trade Hanley once you get him for a Hamilton/High end SP combo. Profit again.
