6X6 OBP and QS
My pitching seems to be one of the strongest in the League but bats are average. Would you trade some pitching for bats? Any opinions on the team?

I draft stud SP and find them very hard to deal. Mgrs always say they prefer bats over P's.
You might be over-valueing your P's a bit.
I see:
Hamels
Oswalt
Marcum
Liriano
as SP's you should keep..all the others, get what you can for them in a package deal.
Target C and SS with P's and Hill, Weiters, Desmond, Lind, Cuddyer...well all of your OF's- View Replies

Please answer my post. Thanks! -

Target Catching? No one that I have ever heard of has won because they had a great catcher. Of all the positions, catcher is the least important. Unless you get one that plays and makes of their starts at a different position, catchers are second only to pitchers when it comes to injury. They are always dealing with injuries, even when they are starting.
I'm not saying to ignore the position, but don't target it, especially if you in a one catcher league. If you don't get a stud, one that doesn't hurt you will work just fine. If there a choice between a stud outfielder or a stud catcher, give me the outfielder. How many catchers can you name that have led the league in HR, RBI, R, H, SB, or BA? Target 2B and SS, the two hardest positions to fill. Heck a RP is likely to do more for your team then most catchers. -

I feel ok bout weiters big upside.
was trying to trade desmond untill i found out he's leading off for the nats- should up his runs and sbs.
would you be worried about morneau at 1B - am - he'll be doing well to see 500 ABs.
What you think?

I don't where your pitching is all that much better then your hitting.

I'm not sure why you think you pitching is strong. you've got a number of average plus starters which makes it a good staff but not great.
