      I think that the the team that gets Utley, Rios, Sandoval and Jiminez benefits the most if you break it down.

      Right now you would say that Cano is the better of the 2B, but I don't see that being the case by the end of the season.

      Youk definitely has the advantage on Sandoval.

      Jiminez is by far the better option out of the pitchers in this deal.

      Finally, Ramirez might as well be thrown out, because he is reaching the point that he has no value, and can easily be replaced by most FA OFs, so Rios is a free player and a good one at that.

      Just my opinion.

      I actually like the Utley side. Utley and Panda are gonna bust out big time in the second half and Rios and Ubaldo are here to stay! Having said that, it's about as even a blockbuster trade as you'll see.

      I'd take the Cano side without much hesitation. Lester is great 2nd half. Youk and Cano are high-average hitters in great line-ups and Manny will be solid 2nd half (contract year/playoff run).

      Sandoval hasn't shown me anything this year, and the SF line-up isn't exactly a run producing machine. Utley will turn things around but I don't think he's gonna beat out Cano. The White-Sox might start cutting ties with guys like Konerko which would hurt Rios' production. Jimenez is awesome but he won't be that much better than Lester from here on out.

        I can't see Ramirez coming around at all. Since he came back last year and can't take the roids any more he has been an average player that plays about 2/3rds of the games. As far as Lester and Jiminez, Jiminez has what all analysts have said is the best pitch in baseball with his fastball. No way Lester has the same second half as Jiminez, at least in my opinion.
