    need pitching help? read this.

Players you should get on your roster

    1. Lester, He always starts slow, but he got out of his funk early this year, I am a HUGE fan and he very tough to beat. If an owner is still scepticle trade for him now!

    2. Matusz, his numbers aren't eye popping but he has faced the Rays and Yankees twice, thats 4 starts against arguable the best 2 offenses in AL.

    3. Baker, guy has good poise and doesn't hurt himself w/ walks, i wouldn't worry about his slow start, that will only help you out b/c he will be easy to trade for.

    4. Cecil, If your a dumb owner you probably picked him up because of his great 3 starts, if your a smart owner you though outside the box. Controls a low to mid 90s fastball, sick slider/slurve, and change up. He already pitched well against the Sox, and if you noticed when he lost his No Hitter he still came out in the 8th and pitched a 1-2-3 inning.

    5. Nolasco, 1.19 WHIP, 4.01 ERA...not bad, not good. He is still throwing strikes and walking few batters. He had a 1.25 WHIP in the first half last year w/ a 5.00+ ERA, doesn't make any sense. He will avoid the big innings, and he won't hurt himself with walks. His numbers aren't too amazing so buy him NOW!

    6. B Anderson, If you have a DL spot for him, trade for him and let him sit there for a month, guy is a STUD, and has already rehabbed this problem before so he should be fine.(Keep an eye on Duscherer too)

IF ANY ARE FREE AGENTS SIGN THEM!!!(Matusz, Cecil, Anderson)
If you didn't buy lester low(I idid) a week ago, you should still try and get him.

    Good Luck
