Draft and Trade Talk Message Board

When i drafted i went for a different direction then i usually do and certain guys kept falling to me and i couldnt pass on them. SS's went too fast and i didn't get a good SS and already dumped the one i did get and have Gonzalez in there now to ride out his hot hitting. Same goes with Guillen. Both aren't long term players and are only fill ins.
SS A. Gonzalez
OF R. Davis
OF M. Ramirez
UTIL J. Guillen
UTIL N. Morgan
BN J. Elsbury
RP F Rod.
I have offered these trades, do they help me in any way long term or should i ride it out and wait until June to start trading. I'd love to get the first trade and get Tex now why he is terrible cuz he jumps back fast in May.
Pujols, Morgan, and Dunn for Texeria, Cabrera, Hamels
Pujols, Gonzalez, and Dunn for Howard and Tulo
I would keep Pujols and try to move Dunn for a good shortstop. Yes you will get an elite SS for Pujols, but then you weaken yourself at 1B. You have a lot of closers also, mayber you can move K-Rod for a decent SS. The key to winning is to be solid at every position, and trade from strength. By trading Pujols you just trade one problem for another.

I would only trade Pujols away if i could get Howard, Cabrera, or Fielder. I consider those 3 to be not too far behind him in impact. I think right now K-Rod is unmovable because he hasn't been put in a save situation yet even though he is pitching good same goes with Dunn. But ill try other players to see if i can grab a SS.
