CC rates a slight edge over Hanson who will have a big year. Hamilton is every bit as good as Holliday if you knew he'd be healthy, but there is risk there which is why he is being drafted later.
Desmond could be decent but really isn't a big deal in this trade.
I'd take Hanson/Holliday, but it's very close and Hamilton's health is the wild card.
