I like Rios more, but they have similar values.

Rios had a flukey low BABIP last year, and another bad HR%, id expect both of those to go up, im buying low on him. I dont much like Jurjens either, he was pretty lucky last year, and is a better real life pitcher than fantasy ace.

Seems pretty fair and I'd rather have Jurrgens. Have no faith in Rios anymore...none.
