    Show me how you did...............

I dont criticize I only critique and try and help find weaknesses in your team versus the various categories. Preferrably in 10-12 team 5X5 roto or h2h. However I will look at them all........

      • Well if Beltran and Berkman come through with 30 homers you should be okay and hopefully they should. You have Barmes and Tejada who have some pop off the bench or in their utility slots so that is good insurance. You have rolled the dice with players like Ordonez, Francouer., Liriano and Lidge but you have to give them a chance . Of the four I am not sure about Ordonez is gonna improve but lets hope so. Lidge showed signed at end of season and playoffs he is back so lets see how he starts the season out,,,,,,,,,,,,good luck,,,,,,,,gary

      • Well you will probably have to throw Davis in there from time to time for some extra speed otherwise your offense looks very good. Hopefully Ianetta will hit solid and start 3/4 the games as he is a good hitter when he gets things going and has the potential. Another good starter would be nice Dice K. offers wins but era/whip is horrible but see how it goes with him. Liriano of the Twins needs to step up now he's had plenty of rehab and needs to show more control to help you. Starting pitchers is your bigger priority so watch them closely. You may have to trade a bench player for a top starter to give you more balance......good luck,,,,,,,gary

      • In head to head I usually move up a few good starters that are ranked in the 40s-50s on the list to ensure I get 2-3 good starters to build my staff around. Also with era/whip pitching categories I do the same with relievers. Mariano Rivera/Paplebon/Soria/Broxton I move up the list 8-12 spots on Yahoo player list to make sure I get a couple of them to round out and help my pitching staff besides such the "saves" category. If your innings pitched per week is low then 4 good starters and 3-4 good closers is all you need with a 5th starter to help with wins but dont let him hurt you if he is struggling just so you can pick up a win. Remember this in a 10-12 draft you only get 1 player per round so in head to head I like to start taking couple good pitchers after the 2nd round so as you will find more offensive players in free agency after the draft than can help you and not much for pitchers. So move a few of top starters up a round and the same goes for a few closers. Of course Pujols, Braun, the big boys you still want in the first round and perhaps the 2nd and after that I want a couple of pitchers., and 4 rounds later after some good offense power/speed guy I try to setup for 2-3 top closers........good luck,,,,,,,,gary
