ridiculous trades?

im drafting in my league right now, 20 team head to head, standard 5x5 scoring

and people are proposing trades and such, and one guy proposed hamels/hoffman for a-rod

is this absolutely ridiculous or what? the other guy accepted, and people in the league actually think its fair.

another guy proposed hanley for 2nd and 5th round picks (which, in this league, are the 30th and 90th overall picks). am i the only one who thinks this is ridiculous as well?

  Well it is a little different in a league that big... Extra draft picks could be pretty valuable... I wouldn't make either trade but in a league that size it isn't as ridiculous as it sounds
