Our league=30 players per team, includes 8 SP, 4 RP, 1 P=13 pitchers. During the course of our league's online draft, will team managers be able to draft a 14th pitcher and plug that pitcher into a Bench spot???? I believe the mgrs CAN DO that, but I'm just double-checking here.
