Who would you rather have in a keeper league for the next couple years, Kung Fu Panda or Matt Wieters?

While I agree with part of this statement Wieters had more learning to do last year and he almost hit .300 so to suggest that that he will dropoff do to a learning curve doesn't make sense.......let's not forgot that he really started to turn it on in september, if i remember correctly he hit like .365 over that month with 16 RBI and a few homers to go with it

Panda had 90 RBI last year and the Giants' lineup is better than it was last year. I understand Wieters is going to be good. I get it. I think expecting .300 25/100 THIS YEAR is not going to work out for you. I think he's more of a .285 20/80 guy right now. The rigors of catching on a young guy slow development. See Joe Mauer. It took him about 4 years to really develop his power stroke.

Sandoval maybe for this year but for 2 years no way and just because Wieters might not hit 30+HR this year doesn't mean he won't hit 25 HR and drive in 100 runs while batting at least .300 and let's face it Panda hits in a pretty awful lineup so he'll be lucky to drive in 70 runs........not to mention he plays a position with more depth than C!!!!!

I agree, this is a bad statement to make. The drop off at the top of the 3B pool is fairly steep after the first two tiers (essentially the top 8)
