Closer- Who do you think?
*and sign Roy Halladay after 2010 season
I think jeter is the most overrated SS in the history of the game. He routinely is among the highest errors for his position and ruined one of the best defensive SS in the game by making him move to 3B. Jeter should have moved to 2B where he might have been useful. He is just as an ego with a small penis who swallows whatever a steinbrenner spews at him.
Even when the yankees win, they still suck. Because they ARE what is wrong with baseball.
Who cares what 2010 will look like...if you don't like it just wait, they will buy til you do like it.
Webb or Halladay? Are you joking? Arizona isn't going to deal Webb, peroid. And the Yankees don't have NEARLY the talent to make a deal for Hallday, seeing as they wont part with Joba or Hughes. Posada, Jeter, A-Rod, Damon, Pettite and Rivera are all old/hurt and I think we'll all be surprised if they play on the same level next year as they did this season. Burnett is not likely to pitch 200 innings again, given his brittleness. They'll probably make the playoffs next season, but they aren't running away with the division and they certainly wont win 100 games. I'd say maybe a 90-win season.
