Who To Keep For Next Season?

I took over this keeper league team a month ago, and i am having a hard time deciding who to keep. we get to keep 5 players overall, with the only limitation being that we have to keep at least one pitcher and one offensive player. the other 3 are up to us. here are the candidates:

OFFENSE:
Derek Lee
Dustin Pedroia
Aramis Ramirez
Kendry Morales
Carl Crawford
BJ Upton

PITCHERS:
Clayton Kershaw
Cole Hamels
Johan Santana

so basically, just choose 5, and make sure one is a pitcher and one is an offensive player. thanks!!!
