I give up lincecum and i get cliff lee and ryan howard in a keeper league... i am very weak at first base (loney) and don't have much power otherwise, but is giving up lincecum in a keeper league too much?

now as the pirates say everyone is tradeable but its what you get in return. i like the deal howard is solid numbers especially since you lack HR and a 1B but i would ask for a better SP in return studs like limcecum are rare but their will always be a guy that comes up and can hit for power at 1B tell him to upgrade the SP with howard and he has a deal
I get- Nathan and Wandy
I give- Crawford and Pineiro
He said he wants Crawford and he still would have 4 closers in Mariano, F. Cordero, Soria and Rodney. I need saves and pitching but here's my team is this good 4 me

util- D. Lee
bn- Granderson, Pence, DeRosa Furcal(hoping I can sell him wen he gets hot)
sp- Haren, E. Jackson, Garza, Washburn. Pineiro
rp- K-Rod, Valverde, Bailey
dl- Webb, Bruce
So do I offer this or no? Please answer quick it could make or break me

I'm in a NL-only league with a limit of 10 drop/adds for the season.
In this league, if a player on your team is traded to the AL, then you have the rights to whatever player comes over to the NL in his place.
I've used 7 drop/adds already (one of which was to pick up Jason Donald of the Phillies in hopes of him being packaged in a deal for Halladay).
My question: how likely is Matt Holliday to be traded to the Cardinals for Brett Wallace, and is it worth using a precious (and dwindling) drop/add to add Wallace right now in order to guarantee having him should the trade go down?
Does all that make sense?

WOW you are in a tight spot. not knowing how many bench players you can have due to injury. The fact is you have used 3/4 of your moves already with a long time to come. That being said if you make the move and can gurantee to holliday if he is traded this would be a good move. If you read my article at the forum I posted you will see why holliday will be a stud the rest of the way. Oakland being out of the chase will almost definately move holliday but where is the question more than likely a NL team. now that he has foundhis groove they are waiting to the last possible moment to trade him read my artticle about holliday at http://fantasysportstalk.lefora.com

nobody is getting hit over the head in this deal its pretty even but i say Pujols and Zobrist wins mainly because Zobrist plays 3 positions and that is very important when you have injured players and need to juggle your lineup

alot of this trade depends on your needs . I think greinke is overated and that shows in his last month stats not sure about quentin thuis year. I would rather have arod, cain, pedroia, prado, thats my personal preference but i dont think anway is getting beat over the head with the trade its fair but i would stick witth the A
