Hamels is someone I would hold onto because I believe his value is low at this point. No one will give you much for him, and his numbers will come around. He is a guy that if you trade now, you will be mad when he pitches well. Wait until he comes around so you can get someone for his value. As far as Vazquez goes i would look to sell now I think his value is at max. I could see getting Carlos Lee, Alex Rios, Markakis, or Ellsbury. You just need to find that person in need of a starter. Vazquez has got great numbers so try not to undersell.
