First, Shift Gonzo to your Utility Slot. You're league is 12 deep, there has to be a better option for SS on the Waiver Wire.
Lastly, you have negligible talent at pitching and if you want to win, you will have to scrutinize the waiver wire for any possible streaking pitcher. From the looks for your RPs, i'd say your league is rather RP rotation intensive.
Normally i don't agree with trading one extremely prevalent player for a plethora of others, but it might be benificial to sell high on Bay for a couple solid pitchers along with a decent OF replacement.
You have a lot of players who are marginal talent and are not producing. It may be benificial to take a risk on some serious prospective talent and hope it pans out.
