Good question, ortiz. I'm not too sure about Cecil, yet, but he looked very good in his first start. If you drop anyone for him, I'd go with Ankiel, as Hafner looked good in his brief return to form.
Any hey- just FYI... if you're like me and always hungry for fantasy input, you may want to start posting your "Who should I pick up/Who should I drop questions" on both Yahoo and http://rotomania.com. I don't know if you've ever been there before, but the cool thing about Rotomania is that every time you ask a fantasy question, your entire roster and league settings are automatically displayed so that people can give you more informed advice.
Plus, you get notified via email whenever someone replies to your post. I hate having to wait around refreshing the page to see if anyone responds.
Anyway- you should check it out. Here's a recent roster question involving Cecil that I just saw on there:
Hope that helps!

Cecil has had two quality outtings, finally scoring his first win in the second. Both were pretty dominant performances. If you're in a keeper league, I'd snag him as he has been touted as a good prospect and is delivering so far. You're also in a 14-team league, so there's not a lot of FA depth out there I'm guessing. If your pitching is hurting, and you don't need one of the batters you'd be dropping, he's worth a shot. But if you're getting by in pitching and can wait for Webb, it might not kill you to hold off.
