Now, I know pre-season ranking wise, this deal might not be the best, but based on performance so far this season. The deal was proposed two days ago (before Hanley's monster night last night - but johnson was pretty good too, so was jeter).
this trade was vetoed by the league. is this that bad of a trade to merit a veto when both sides involved were happy even though all three participants had good nights last night?
judging values based on the round selected is a bit simplistic. I think this was a decent trade for both sides.... I personally would not have done it but it is no where near vetoable.....sounds like a lot of managers that are full of themselves

I don't usually vote against trades, and never make 2for1 or 3for1 trades anyway... but I would look real hard at this one. Trading the best SS in baseball for possibly the worst SS in baseball and a slightly above average pitcher just doesn't make sense unless you are really really desperate for pitching.
