Tim Lincecum: How low do you go?

I'm in a SIX team league, so pitching is that much more important because it's incredibly hard to keep up with some our managers and the pitching staff they accumulate.

We draft 1hr 45min as I write this. Is Lincecum worth a first-round pick in a league with this much overabundance of batting talent? Or should I stock heavily on hitters as best I can and try to work a trade after the draft?
