i like pelfrey even though he's still working up his stamina after recent injury. otherwise, volstad is promising and if cueto hasn't been completely figured out by the league he could be solid.

I tend to really like Wandy. He's in a relatively good pitchers' park in Houston and he's got high expectations for this year to be one of the better and more surprising lefties in the NL. And in a year where he had a low IP count, he still had almost a 1:1 K:IP ratio, had a respectable 3.5 ERA, had a modest 1.34 WHIP, had about a 4:1 K:BB ratio (a good way of knowing if a pitcher can keep up their numbers), and had a 10:1 IP:HR ratio.
If you're not gonna go with him, I'd go Weaver. I don't really like Weaver, but he's the most experienced of he guys on that list and, with Saunders, Lackey, and Ervin Santana all in front of him and the expected return of Kelvim Escobar in May, Weaver may be the #5 starter, which would boost his win potential.
I personally don't think you need the relief help but if you're gonna go with one, I'd sao go Percival or Ziegler. Percival's looking like the closer he will likely be in spring, but Ziegler's numbers are tough to pass up. However, with the guys in your rotation, your numbers should be fine, so I'd go with Percival if you go RP.

I would do the trade. Morneau is an upgrade over Delgado.
